Astrid & Franc Gider

Astrid and Franc Gider have been practicing Zhineng Qigong since 2008. They have gained experience in Zhineng Qigong in Germany, Holland, Spain, Singapore and China. They both accomplished instructor's program with Anne Hering. Astrid and Franc lead Zhigong Institut in Slovenia since 2010. The institute organises regular weekly Qigong practice as well as Qigong seminars for individuals and companies.

In Zhineng Qigong we work with the power of the Qi field. Everything has its own Qi-field. This Qi-field is always changing, following the life cycles and the information of time and space. In order to connect ourselves with the bigger Qi field we say or sing the eight verses before we practice Zhineng Qigong.
